2nd Annual
Judeo-Christian Capitol Day - 2026

Join Texans in Austin to advance constitutional self-government and formally roll out the legislative framework and resolutions driving statewide adoption.

This Is Not a Rally

This is a working constitutional initiative.

Capitol Day 2026 marks the transition from concept to action—where the Sword & Shield framework and its supporting resolutions are formally introduced for statewide adoption and legislative advancement.

This is where coordination begins, and where enforcement of constitutional limits moves forward in a structured way.

What Is Being Rolled Out

  • The Sword & Shield legislative framework

  • Resolutions advancing the framework to the Texas Republican Party State Convention

  • A coordinated statewide adoption strategy

  • An opportunity for direct engagement with legislators and organizational leaders

Why This Matters Now

The Constitution already defines the limits of government.

The problem is that those limits are no longer consistently enforced.

Capitol Day is where that changes—by restoring structure, accountability, and the role of the People in enforcing constitutional boundaries.

Voices on Constitutional Authority

Speakers will address the restoration of constitutional limits, the enforcement of delegated authority, and the role of the People in self-government.

Confirmed and additional speakers will be announced.

Legislative Engagement Beyond Texas

Pastor Shahram Hadian has met with legislators in Idaho to discuss the Sword & Shield framework and its legislative application.

These discussions reflect growing recognition that structural constitutional enforcement—not symbolic or targeted prohibitions—is the necessary path forward.

The framework being advanced in these discussions is based on the Legislative Text Authored by Morgan Collier.
